  Amazing tasting burgers! Meat was tender and fries were fresh tasting. Good portions provided. I ordered the Teriyaki spam burger, medium rare, parmesan fries and a lemonade it was so delicious! I like the cut of the fries and crispiness, the burger was full of flavor . My husband had the shaka Royale and he enjoyed his meal also, especially the lemony lemonade.
  
  I ordered on online with yelp which is cheaper than the grub hub app.

  Ordered online for delivery and was notified 15 minutes later that my order was canceled by Shaka Burger. Thanks for screwing up my dinner plans. Will never spend another dime in your store.
  
  Jordan (owner) contacted me and let me know this was not the stores fault but actually Grub hub that canceled the order. Jordan offered to make up for out inconvenience but I'm not one to penalize someone for something that wasn't their fault.
  
  So it is grub hub that I will never use again.

  We ordered their East Side fries, along with some fish and chips. Home run! Amazing food, great flavor and everything was fresh. Their portions are generous, everything is priced well. They let me substitute the meat in the fries for their bean patty, much appreciated!
  
  The most pleasant, wonderful energy of any restaurant I've visited. The staff made our evening with great service, and they provided a warm and friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

  3.5 stars - it was ALRIGHT. Nothing bad about the burger, but nothing spectacular about it either.
  
  I did an online order for pickup since I live really darn close to this place. I've been wanting to try this place out, so I was like why the heck not give this place a chance! I ordered the 1/3 lb. Shaka burger combo with cheddar, well done fries, and a sprite. The first thing I noticed was that it was one pricey burger (~$7 for a plain burger + $0.75 for cheese), I got the combo so it ended up being around $13 including tax.
  
  I picked up the burger 10 min later and it was done already, so that was a plus not having to wait around. At the restaurant (sketchy little lot that I frequent quite a lot actually because it has a great donut shop on the corner hahahaha) I picked up my burger, customer service wasn't anything special to me, got a stamp card and left.
  
  The food was alright, burger was honestly a basic burger... the Hawaiian buns were delicious and the only thing that stood out, but the rest was just meh. The secret sauce was mustard-y, which I enjoyed but like still didn't stand out much. The fries were okay, not well done in my opinion (when I say well done, I want them brown and crispy). Soda was a soda can. Overall the food was just OKAY to me and I found it to be pretty overpriced for a burger.
  
  I wouldn't mind coming back but I also wouldn't go out of my way to come back.
